AIRPAX / Sensata PGFM GFCI Ground Fault Protection Sensing Modules

Sensata / Airpax LineGard™ PGFM GFCI Ground Fault Protection Sensing Modules provide reliable ground fault detection when used in conjunction with an Airpax LEL UL 489-listed circuit breaker. Designed as part of a coordinated system, PGFM modules enable differentiation between ground fault and short-circuit trips, improving troubleshooting and system safety. The Senata / Airpax PGFM continuously monitors the conductors' current balance and supplies power to the load. When a ground fault occurs, the PGFM activates the shunt trip coil of the LEL to signal the breaker to trip. Trip levels of 5mA, 18mA, and 27mA are available.

The PGFM is available for 120VAC or 240VAC single-phase operation, supporting single and split-phase circuits. The module's chemical- and UV-resistant enclosure ensures durability in demanding environments.

The combined assembly of the PGFM and LEL circuit breaker meets the requirements of ABYC E-11 for ground-fault protection and main shore power circuit protection. These devices meet the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR1926.404 (b)(1)(ii) and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.405 (a)(2)(ii)(G).
