STMicroelectronics T2535T Triacs
STMicroelectronics T2535T Triacs are ideal for use in the on/off or phase angle control function in general-purpose AC switching. Based on ST snubberless technology, the 25A, 800V triacs offer high specified turn-off commutation and noise immunity levels up to +150°C. These devices safely optimize the control of motor and heater loads for even the most constraining environments of home appliances. STMicroelectronics T2535T Triacs are available in three package options: TO-220AB, TO-220AB insulated, and D2PAK.
