These milliohm meters feature a maximum 50,000-count measurement display and a sampling rate of 60 readings per second. Teledyne LeCroy T3MIL50 and T3MIL50X DC Miliohm Meters provide four-wire measurement, along with temperature measurement and temperature compensation functions. This enables them to meet the requirements of low-resistance measurement applications.
