Texas Instruments OPAx990-Q1 Low-Power Op Amps
Texas Instruments OPAx990-Q1 Low-Power Op Amps are 40V high voltage, 1.1MHz low-power (0.12mA) operational amplifiers. These devices offer excellent DC precision and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (±300µV, typical), and low offset drift (±0.6µV/°C, typical). The OPAx990-Q1 Op Amps are extremely flexible, robust, and high-performance op amps for high-voltage automotive applications. These devices come with unique features like differential and common-mode input voltage range to the supply rail, high short-circuit current (±80mA), and high slew rate (4.5V/µs). The OPAx990-Q1 op amps are available in several standard packages, such as SOT-23, SOIC, and TSSOP. The OPAx990-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The OPAx990-Q1 Low-Power Op Amps operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These devices are true rail-to-rail input operational amplifiers with an input common-mode range that extends 200mV beyond either supply rail. The OPAx990-Q1 devices are ideal for HEV/EV inverter and motor control, on-board and wireless chargers, body electronics, lighting, powertrain current sensors, and high-side current sensing.
