Texas Instruments TPS37-Q1 Supply Voltage Supervisors
Texas Instruments TPS37-Q1 Supply Voltage Supervisors are 65V input-voltage detectors with 1μA IDD, 1% accuracy, and a fast 10μs detection time. These devices operate over a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 65V. The TPS37-Q1 supervisors are automotive devices that feature flexible and wide-voltage threshold options, built-in hysteresis, and open-drain or push-pull output technology. These supply voltage supervisors are available in WSON or SOT-23 packages. The WSON package comes in wettable flanks, facilitating Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and low-resolution X-ray inspection. The TPS37-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These supply-voltage supervisors are ideal for telematics control units, emergency call systems, audio amplifiers, head units and clusters, sensor fusion and cameras, and body control modules.
