Toshiba TLX9161T AEC-Q101-Qualified Photocoupler/Photorelay is designed for automotive and industrial applications requiring high reliability and electrical isolation. Housed in a compact SO12L-T package, the Toshiba TLX9161T integrates a high-output infrared LED and a MOSFET output stage, enabling solid-state switching with low on-resistance and high isolation voltage (5000VRMS). A low input drive current (3mA maximum) and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) enhance performance in noisy environments, while compliance with automotive standards ensures long-term durability and safety in harsh conditions. This device is ideal for switching signals or low-power loads in battery management systems (BMS) and EV charging circuits.
