Vishay General Semiconductor 1N5x Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor 1N5x Rectifiers are general-purpose, glass-passivated, or glass-passivated junction fast-switching plastic rectifiers. The 1N5x features low forward voltage drop and leakage current with high forward surge capability. The 1N50x and 1N561x offer a super rectifier structure for high-reliability applications.

The devices are available in three packages: DO-15 (DO-204AC), DO-41 (DO-204AL), and DO-201AD. The Vishay General Semiconductor 1N5x Rectifiers are designed for general-purpose or fast-switching rectification in consumer and telecommunication applications.
