Vishay Semiconductors 650V Power SiC Merged PIN Schottky Diodes are designed for high performance, and their MPS structure provides high-ruggedness to forward current surge events. These diodes offer an optimum choice for high-speed hard switching and efficient operation over a wide temperature range. The VS-Cx Schottky diodes feature virtually no recovery tail and no switching losses but exhibit temperature-invariant switching behavior. Vishay Semiconductors 650V Power SiC Merged PIN Schottky Diodes are available in different current ratings. Typical applications include AC/DC power factor correction (PFC) and DC/DC ultra high-frequency output rectification in FBPS and LLC converters.
