Vishay Semiconductors VO06xxT High Speed Optocouplers consist of single and dual channel 10MBd optocouplers utilizing a high efficient input LED coupled with an integrated optical photodiode IC detector. Vishay Semiconductors VO06xxT High Speed Optocouplers feature choice of CMR performance of 15kV/µs, 5kV/µs, and 100V/µs, and +5V CMOS compatibility.
