WeEn Semiconductors BTA330B-800xT 3Q Hi-Com TRIACs

WeEn Semiconductors BTA330B-800xT 3Q Hi-Com TRIACs feature 3Q technology for improved noise immunity and offer very high immunity to false turn-on by dV/dt and fast transients. These WeEn TRIACs are planar passivated high commutation three-quadrant TRIACs in a TO263 (D2PAK) mountable plastic package. Features include high junction operating temperature capability with 150°C maximum and high voltage and current capability. The BTA330B-800xT TRIACs are used in applications where high junction operating temperature capability is required. These TRIACs are ideal for use in heating controls, high-power motor control, and high-power switching.
