Nexperia LSF0204/LSF0204-Q100 Level Translators
Nexperia LSF0204/LSF0204-Q100 Level Translators is a four-channel bidirectional multi-voltage level translator built for open-drain and push-pull applications. The LSF0204/LSF0204-Q100 supports up to 100MHz up translation and ≥100MHz down translation at ≤30pF capacitive load. A direction pin is not required to minimize system effort. The LSF0204-Q100 enables 5V tolerant I/O pins for compatibility with TTL levels in various applications. The Nexperia LSF0204/LSF0204-Q100 Level Translators allow the ability to set up different voltage translation levels on each channel, providing flexibility and suitability for multiple applications.
The LSF0204-Q100 has qualified for the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for automotive applications.
