MPQ8847A Automotive Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ8847A Automotive Step-Down Converters support up to 6A load current and feature an I2C control interface. The highly integrated, high frequency, synchronous step-down converter offers a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) supply range and superb load and line regulation. The device provides a constant-frequency hysteretic mode with an extremely fast transient response without loop compensation to achieve high efficiency under light-load conditions.
