TPS3850/TPS3851 nauwkeurige spanningsbewakers

De TPS3850/TPS3851 nauwkeurige spanningsbewakers van Texas Instruments combineren een nauwkeurige spanningsbewaker met een waakhondtimer met programmeerbaar venster. De TPS3850/TPS3851 venstervergelijker haalt een nauwkeurigheid van 0,8% (–40 °C tot +125 °C) voor zowel overspanningsdrempels (VIT+(OV)) als onderspanningsdrempels (VIT–(UV)). De TPS3850/TPS3851 biedt ook nauwkeurige hysterese op beide drempels, waarmee het apparaat ideaal is voor gebruik met systemen met een strakke tolerantie. De RESET-vertraging van de bewaker kan worden ingesteld met de af fabriek ingestelde standaardvertraging of kan door een externe condensator geprogrammeerd worden. De af fabriek ingestelde RESET-vertraging heeft een zeer nauwkeurige vertragingstiming met een nauwkeurigheid van 15%. De TPS3850/TPS3851 omvat een waakhondtimer met programmeerbaar venster voor diverse toepassingen. De speciale waakhonduitgang (WDO) zorgt voor een betere resolutie om de aard van de storing te helpen vaststellen. TPS3850-Q1 apparaten voldoen aan AEC-Q100 en zijn geschikt voor toepassingen in de automobielindustrie.
