ADG6412 Switch IC

Analog Devices Inc. ADG6412 Switch IC consists of four independent Single-Pole/Single-Throw (SPST) switches, and N-channel Diffused Metal-oxide Semiconductor (NDMOS) switches. The SPST switch turns on with logic one on the digital control inputs. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and contains an input signal range that extends from V_SS to V_DD -2V analog signal range. The ADG6412 features up to 847mA high continuous current, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic compatibility, and 0.003Ω flat R_ON across the signal range. Typical applications include data acquisition, automatic test equipment, avionics, instrumentation, relay replacement, communication systems, and audio and video switching.
