Texas Instruments SN74ACT240/SN74ACT240-Q1 Octal Buffer/Driver

Texas Instruments SN74ACT240/SN74ACT240-Q1 Octal Buffer/Driver with 3-state outputs is designed to improve the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, bus-oriented receivers and transmitters, and clock drivers. This buffer/driver includes TTL-compatible inputs that accept voltages up to 5.5V. The SN74ACT240/SN74ACT240-Q1 buffer/driver operates from 4.5V to 5.5V VCC supply voltage range and offers 8.5ns maximum tpd at 5V. This buffer/driver is used in network switches, smartphones, and health and fitness applications. The Texas Instruments SN74ACT240-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
