TLP34 MOSFET Output Photorelays

Toshiba TLP34 MOSFET Output Photorelays TLP3403R, TLP3407, TLP3409, TLP3412R, TLP3414S, TLP3419, TLP3441, TLP3442, TLP3450, TLP3451, and TLP3475 are very small outline non-leaded Photorelays suitable for surface-mount assemblies. Features include low off-state current and low output pin capacitance. The Photorelays include a built-in input resistor, which excludes an external input resistor for space-saving.
