Uncompensated Pressure Sensors

Bourns BPS3x Environmental Pressure Sensors are based on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology. The sensors are designed for customers who require ultra-fast response time, long-term stability, and self-calibration ability. The BPS310 series provides high sensitivity and accuracy for ultra-low pressures. The BPS320 series is designed for gauge and absolute pressure measurements up to 500psi. The BPS330 sensors feature an aluminum port for low-pressure applications with an operating temperature range of up to +125°C.
