Seeed Studio 5" 800x480 Capacitive TouchScreen is an HDMI monitor with a capacitive touch screen and is driver-free. The Seeed Studio screen has been tested on the Raspberry Pi, Beagle Bone Black, Windows 10, and Macbook Pro. The screen is plug-and-play with these platforms. All that is needed is to adjust the resolution (on Raspberry Pi).
