Built around the S32K358 microcontroller (MCU) in a compact 289-ball grid array (BGA) package, the FRDM-A-S32K358 delivers the performance, safety, and flexibility needed for next-generation body, zonal control, electrification, and mobility applications. It features dual 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 cores operating in lockstep to support ASIL D functional safety, plus an additional Arm Cortex-M7 core running at up to 240MHz for enhanced processing flexibility.
